All your life you have heard that lettuce is good for you. Did you know that it can be deadly if not handled properly? Just last month Dole Food Corporation recalled Five Thousand bags of its salad mix. Now that is scary. Just think your child or grandchild could have eaten some of that salad.

I know I buy my lettuce by organic and the MiniMate has improved its life so I can get a fresh salad daily for up to two weeks with out having to throw it out.
