Who has touched that Tomato?
How many times have you bought tomatoes ran them under cold water and ate them with out giving it a second thought? Did you know that more then ten different people have touched that Tomato? Sounds nasty doesn't it. Think about it you put a slice of Tomato on your child's BLT sandwich for them to eat that someone might have rolled across the grocery store floor.

I was just at the grocery store in the produce department, and two teenage boys were playing "catch" with the green bell peppers. I was very thankful that I had just purchased my Mini-Mate about a week ago, and was glad I didn't have to worry about that bacteria on MY veggies!!
I feel the same way that Carly does about the Minimate. You can't be to safe when it comes to the safety of your families food. I buy mostly organic fruits and veggies with no preservatives, knowing that there are no chemicals on my foods when I purchase them and the minimate is eliminating all the bacteria on the produce when I put them in the fridge, you couldn't ask for a better win-win!
